Many people have contributed to this publication and to the development of these workshops and I thank them for their support with this project. However this is much more of an online support community for colleagues across Europe and beyond - so please feel free to join us. Many people have contributed to this publication and I thank them for their support with this project. In particular it is important to recognise the work of Carlo Castoro, Paulo Lemos, Jan Eshuis and Gamal Mohamed in establishing contacts across Eastern Europe and delivering the workshops in 2013. My hope is that this is just a beginning and that as the course develops then so will the online materials available to support this important work - so keep an eye on these pages. Contributions are welcomed. Please send to webmaster at iaas-med.com Dr Ian Jackson.
