Accountability

The International Association for Ambulatory Surgery (IAAS) believes that its members have a right to hold the Association accountable, to expect them to respect their rights and do what they say they will do.

The IAAS is independent from any possible influence from industry, and collaboration with industrial partners must be in compliance with applicable laws and in adherence to ethical standards.

The IAAS is committed to being a good steward of all resources entrusted to it, getting the most out of them, openly accountable for its work, and professional in managing its resources.

To that end and the context of the growth strategy, the IAAS has committed itself to publishing on the website its bylaws and operating rules, its annual activity and financial accounts.
