Corporate Membership:

Annual Corporate Member dues are 10,000 €

Corporate Members are entitled to the following benefits:

• Preferred choice of exhibit space at congresses
• A ten percent (10%) discount on exhibit booth fees;
• Inclusion in the IAAS "Supportive Organizations" listing;
• Link from IAAS home page to member organization's page;
• Annual IAAS membership listing;
• Member rates at all IAAS functions (maximum of two);
• Receipt of IAAS produced alerts, studies, surveys & updates.

Corporate Sponsorships:

There are three sponsorship categories.

 

Level 1

Level 1 sponsorship contributions total less than 10.000 per calendar year and are usually designated to a particular event. Examples include Executive Committee meetings, General Assembly meetings or other IAAS events which require cumulative funding of less than 10,000 .

Level 1 benefits include the respective event acknowledging the sponsorship to all attendees, in a manner suitable to the participants, and the sponsorship being posted on the IAAS website for the subsequent twelve month period. This sponsorship attracts a discount of 10% on exhibit booth fees at IAAS Congresses and priority choice of exhibit space at International Congresses.

 

Level 2

Level 2 sponsorship characteristics are similar to level 1 with the distinct exception being when sponsor funding exceeds 10,000 per calendar year, the sponsor will be granted all the benefits of the "Level 1 sponsor" as well as those for a Corporate Member for the twelve month period following the time that the 10,000 total is reached. Level 2 sponsorship will have a discount of 20% on exhibit booth fees at IAAS Congresses and priority choice of exhibit space at International Congresses.

 

Level 3

Level 3 sponsors are defined as those organizations that fund a minimum of 15,000 per calendar year to the Association for at least two consecutive years i.e. a minimum amount of 30.000 in total. Typically this will be for major activities. Examples include: Congress events, Central Office expenses, Website sponsorships, and other special projects. Benefits for these sponsors include all Corporate Member benefits of Level 1 and Level 2, the identification of such organizations in the IAAS letterhead plus the possibility to mention IAAS on their Corporate letterhead. Level 3 sponsorship will have a discount of 30% on exhibit booth fees at IAAS Congresses and priority choice of exhibit space at International Congresses. The IAAS encourages organizations to consider Corporate Membership and/or Sponsorship as a means to join in the effort to promote and provide education in ambulatory surgery on a global basis.
